We have received no reports of this issue affecting any of our customers, and are experiencing no failures on the API, so we are closing the issue.

Slow voice actions - Teraco 1

We have identitifed the issue as an upstream connectivity issue between Teraco 1 and our primary datacentre. We have re-routed the traffic to work around this issue.

We are seeing normal volumes traversing the Xneelo datacentre.

List Views not updating instantly

We have identified the cause of the issue, updates are now reflecting instantly for newly modified entities. Entities updated in last few minutes are still delayed from reporting in the list views. We are working on clearing these.
