As we have now received confirmation from Microsoft the issue is deemed resolved from their side, we are closing this issue. We will await further RCA from Azure, but their current provided Root Cause is an unexpected increase in traffic - most likely a large scale DDoS attack given the number of regions affected.

We plan on moving all clients currently on Xneelo to Azure given the recent stability of Xneelo.

Connectivity has been restored by Xneelo

The carrier has confirmed service restored to normal. We have re-routed calls back to the primary carrier.

We have identified a routing issue between Xneelo and another datacentre. We have re-routed the traffic and the situation has stabilised.
