We have received official confirmation from MTN the issue is resolved.

No official reason has been provided for the outage to us. If you require an RFO, please contact your MTN account manager directly.

Between 08:22 and 08:32, we experienced a voice service disruption on one of our media servers caused by a backend Azure infrastructure issue. This issue did not impact all clients and was limited in scope.

The problem has been identified and resolved, and voice services are now operating normally.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Postmark have confirmed all queued e-mails have been successfully delivered.

360Dialog have resolved the outage.
