We conduct regular Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity testing throughout the year which are normally transparent to our customers. We have a critical database failover test which may result in a small disruption to service.

For this specific scenario test, there may be a small period where certain customers will be unable to access the service for a minute or two. We will ensure any disruption is kept to a minimum. If you have any concerns please don't hesitate to contact your account manager.
