Xneelo have scheduled another window to continue their network upgrade to improve their networking options. They have notified us that during the upgrade of their network infrastructure, you may experience a couple of seconds of call interruption.
UK Calling

Our primary upstream telephone carrier for UK calls is conducting maintenance on their SIP network. Whilst no interruption is expected, they have asked us to consider this period "at risk".
Where necessary we will re-route calls via alternative paths.

Deprovision of ZA - Teraco

We have successfully migrated all clients on our Teraco voice platform to Azure. We will therefore be deprovision all our servers in Teraco.
There will be no disruption to customers, as there are no customers left on this platform.
