We have started to see calls over 5 minutes in duration from MTN trunks. We will continue to observe.

We have been notified that this issue started earlier this morning, and MTN are aware of the issue.

We are aware of an issue MTN is experiencing with their SIP trunk service. This is causing calls to end at exactly 5 minutes.

The signal to end the call is being sent by MTN so we believe there is an issue with their platform. We have seen the same behaviour across multiple clients.

We are waiting on feedback from MTN.
